Sometimes our steps go with the wind
Like a dry leaf fallen from a tree
Sometimes wind go with our steps like a tree standing
Exposed to the seasons
It happens that when our steps are gone with the wind
They sit on a branch like a dry leaf
Exposed to the seasons
They turn green.

Parfois nos pas emportent le vent
Comme un arbre debout
Exposé aux saisons
Il arrive parfois que quand nos pas sont emportés par le vent
Ils s'assoient sur une branche
Comme des feuilles sèches
Exposées aux saisons
Ils verdissent.
